The filing fee for (1) one trademark in (1) one class of goods or services (additional classes, if applicable, require an additional $350 filing fee per class)
A comprehensive trademark search to ensure your desired mark is available (the preliminary search includes searches of the Federal Trademark database, web, social media, and domains)
An Opinion Letter compiling the results of the search and likelihood of approval of the Trademark
Assistance with gathering the required documentation
The preparation and filing of the Trademark 
Correspondence with both the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the client
Serving as attorney of record and management of the approval process which can take approximately 8-12 months
